The Breakfast Club
Sessions start at 7.45am. and finish at 8.40am when school starts. Children are then accompanied by MOSC staff to their classes at Manorbrook School. Whilst at the breakfast club children are fed a healthy breakfast of cereals or toast and a drink. The cost of this session is £4.50 for regular users and £5.50 for ad hoc sessions.
The After School Club
Sessions start at 3.15p.m. when school ends and finish at 6.00pm. Children are collected from Manorbrook School at the end of the school day and are escorted to Manorbrook Out of School Club. The cost of this session is £9.00 for regular users and £10.00 for ad hoc sessions. Children are given a healthy snack mid session to sustain them until they are collected by parents. Our healthy snacks are complemented by fresh drinking water which is available at all times.
Booking
You can either book regular sessions (which guarantee your place) or ad-hoc sessions as required (subject to availability).
Registration
A registration fee of £5 per child is payable at the time of registration and a registration form must be completed by parents to confirm their place. When places are limited a waiting list system comes into operation.
Payment of fees
Attendance fees are payable by the 5th of each month for regular sessions, or at the time of booking for ad-hoc sessions. Payment by standing order is preferred where possible, or we are happy to receive payment by BACS bank transfer. We DO NOT accept cheque or cash. For those parents not on a standing order, invoices are issued by email at the beginning of each month. Fees MUST be paid in full by the 5th of the invoiced month, otherwise a late payment fine of £5 is incurred.
Childcare Vouchers: We can accept payment via the Employer Childcare Voucher schemes (set up before October 2018, for example Edenred, Computershare). If you wish to use this method of payment please contact the book keeper for details by emailing manorbrookosc@gmail.com.

Change of circumstances
Should you wish to cancel your place, or change your child’s attendance one month’s notice should be given by emailing manorbrookosc@gmail.com To change the days your child attends, please speak to Karen or another member of staff or drop us an email. We try to accommodate such changes where possible.
